Project: Clarence Correctional Centre

Correctional centre development in Lavadia near Grafton. The project contains a Male maximum security facility (1,000 beds approximately), a Male minimum security facility (400 beds approximately), a Female facility (300 beds approximately), and miscellaneous support facilities located around the site. The facility contains 65 buildings with 32 building types. The project was delivered as a public private partnership, with the private sector responsible for the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the facility and ownership to be retained by the NSW government.
